FOR US CUSTOMERS ONLY - RETURN ANY OPEN / USED ITEM WITHIN 14 DAYS FOR FULL REFUND
We want you to be more than happy with your purchase from Vangecco, we want you to be thrilled! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your purchased items, even if used, for a full refund or store credit within 14 days.
Unopened, unused merchandise can be returned within 30 days.
If there is ever a problem after the 14 day return period, your item is covered under warranty.
The returned items must be in working condition. If they are not working because of a manufacturer's issue, the item is covered by warranty, which we can take care of. If a unit is broken or damaged because it fell off the roof, into the pool and then the dog chewed on it, it is not eligible for return under warranty or our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
Returns must include all of items that were originally in the delivered package including, but not limited to, accessories, power cables and bonus items. If the returned shipment is missing any items, we will deduct the price of these from your refund or credit.
You are responsible to pay return shipping on items returned under the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We are happy to create a shipping label for you in this case, but the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Again with any warranty issues, Vangecco will pay shipping both ways for US customers.

- CONTACT US AND WE'LL EMAIL YOU INSTRUCTIONS & SHIPPING INFORMATION.
- FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS AND SHIP IT OFF.
YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS
We only accept unopened, unused merchandise for return on orders placed from outside the US.
Make sure that you want the item that you are purchasing because you can’t return it after it’s been used.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of the item being delivered.
If there is ever a problem after the 30 days return period, your item is covered under warranty.
We will refund you for the price of the item. We do not refund the shipping cost that you paid and we do not pay for return shipping. We will only refund you if the item is delivered to our return center. If for any reason the package is not delivered to us, we cannot refund you.
