1. Who is Vangecco for?

Vangecco products can be used by anyone who is 18 years of age or older. It should not be used by children, pregnant or breast feeding women; people with heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, or people taking medication for asthma or depression. Please consult your Physician before using any vaporizer / e-cig.

 

2. What forms of payment are acceptable?

You can pay by PayPal or Credit card.

 

3. How do I get free shipping?

Free shipping is available on all USA orders of $10 or more, once all discounts and promotions have been applied. We are not able to provide free shipping on international orders

 

4. What express does you use?

DHL, USPS, UPS, FedEx and others.

 

5. Do you offer any discounts?

We have promotions unscheduled. We post about them on all of our social media networks.

 

6. Do you ship to my country?

Please check our billing address drop down menu. If you do not see your country, we are unable to ship directly to you at this time.

 

7. Do you offer free shipping on international orders?

Although we are not able to provide free shipping on international orders, we offer the most competitive rates from UPS and DHL.

 

8. After placing orders when will it be shipped?

Orders are usually shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing & handling. In most instances, all orders are usually shipped same-day. Orders processed through the weekend will be processed on Mondays of the following week. Shipments are not processed on weekends or national holidays.

 

9. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed & shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number enclosed. You can track your package by going to www.DHL.com or www.USPS.com and entering the tracking number you were provided with, to see your expected arrival date. It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show any updated information.

 

Processing Status:

1. Why hasn’t my order shipped?

We do have a processing time of within 48 hours on all orders. If you have not received an email in regards to your order, your order is being processed and will ship out as soon as possible. However, most orders are shipped out within 24 hours.

 

2. Can I change/cancel something on my order?

Please email us as soon as possible so that we may attempt to make this any changes. Changes to the order can postpone processing times. Changes cannot always be made. Once an order has been sent to the carrier of your shipment ( DHL / USPS ), we are unable to pull it back to make changes of any kind. If your order has not been shipped out, you can also cancel the order for a refund.

 

Order has shipped:

1. How can I change the address?

You would need to contact the carrier of your shipment in regards to rerouting the address. Vangecco is not responsible for any charges you may incur as a result of any shipping adjustments.

 

2. USPS has not updated my tracking.

USPS does not always update their tracking once an order has been shipped until it reaches the destination city. Please do not be alarmed.

 

3. My package may be lost.

Please reach out to your shipping carrier to file a claim once the package has exceeded its shipping time frame. Once you have filed a claim, you can inform us of this issue with the claim number.

 

About after-sales issues:

1. How long is the warranty?

The warranty period for battery is one year, accessories is 6 months, the atomizer is 2 months.

 

2. Can I apply for a refund?

We accept returns of all unused and unopened products for 30 days following receipt of your order. Simply send it back to us for a full refund. All missing and broken items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

 

3. What can I do when my product was broken?

Please send an email to us with a copy of your proof of purchase and a brief description of the issue - a photograph or video of the problem. We will have professional after-sales staff to reply your email in time. If the warranty will apply to your situation, we will give you the return address. We will repair it for you or replace a new device.

 

About wholesale:

1. What is the MOQ?

5~10 pieces respectively for different products.

 

2. Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?

We can provide samples for you at wholesale prices. However, you are required to provide your name, delivery address and company information.

 

3. Can I use my brand to name the product/Can I customize a product?

Please send an email to sales@vangecco.com with a brief description. We will have professionals to contact you.

 

4. What do I do if my product seems to be defective?

Please send an email to us with a copy of your proof of purchase and a brief description of the issue - a photograph or video of the problem. We will have professional after-sales staff to reply your email in time. If the warranty will apply to your situation, we will give you the return address. 5. How can I place an order?
